Graphic Design
A branding sampling…
Below are branding examples that I either concepted for agency clients or freelanced. To get an expanded sense of my design aesthetic, take a look at my photography—that’s where I’ve recently been able to let my creative side reign.
Logo concepts for a local construction company. They had a few prior iterations over the years and wanted a more modern redesign. They wanted to keep their existing company colors and have a logo mark that would be easily recognized on everything from business cards to safety vests and excavators.
Logo design concepts for the Rapid City Public Library. I like to use a company’s letter shapes to make icon-like logos—a clear, recognizable mark that’s easy to reproduce across any medium.
Logo concepts for a local law firm. They were looking for something timeless and asked to see designs that incorporated classical Greek columns or weaves.
This was a freelance project. They wanted a simple black and white logo that clearly displayed their cattle brand and was easily adapted for embroidery.
My photography logo and business card. My initials themselves have an ambigram-like quality and I played off that. I also wanted my logo mark to be very symbol-like. It easily maintains it’s shape when scaled down small for social media or photo print watermarks.
